Specialist moves
Your piano deserves its own plan.
An instrument is heavy, delicate and often difficult to access. Route, equipment and team requirements are checked before confirming a date. Upright and grand pianos are assessed individually.
- Share instrument type, dimensions and approximate weight.
- Describe floors, lift dimensions, stairs and parking at both addresses.
- Have photos of the instrument and access route ready for follow-up.
- Agree protection, equipment and liability scope in writing.
